The 5-Hour Audit

Find five hours a week hiding in your business.

A 45-minute working session with me, then a set of recommendations presented back to you and a written plan you keep. Built for owner-operators in HVAC, energy services, logistics, manufacturing, and the trades.

You do not need to become a tech person. You need to know which three things in your operation are quietly eating your week, and exactly what to do about them.

What you get

One session. A plan you keep.

We spend 45 minutes on how work actually moves through your business. How leads come in, how jobs get scheduled, how quotes get written, where things get retyped, what happens after 5pm. Then I do the analysis and come back with the plan.

Step 01 · The working session

45 minutes, you and me

No slides, no jargon, nothing to prepare. We follow the work through a normal week: the phone, the inbox, the truck, the paperwork. You talk. I ask the questions that find the hours. Video call, or in person in OKC.

  • Where the hours actually go
  • Where revenue leaks between steps
  • The calls and leads that slip after hours

Step 02 · The recommendations

Findings, presented to you

Within two business days I present what I found. Specific fixes, not themes. Each one names the tool, what it costs per month, what it replaces, and how many hours it gives back.

  • 3 to 7 fixes, biggest wins first
  • The one change to make first, with steps
  • What should stay human, named as clearly as what should not

Step 03 · The written plan

A plan that is yours

Everything lands in a written plan you keep, whether or not we ever work together again. Most owners run it themselves. It is written so you can.

  • The three biggest time sinks, with the math
  • Tool, cost, and payback for each fix
  • A first-week plan you can start Monday

The guarantee

If this audit does not identify at least five hours a week you can realistically get back, you pay nothing.

Five hours means real hours: minutes per task, times how often it happens, with the math shown in the plan. If the working session shows the hours are not there, I tell you on the call and you do not pay.

Who you are working with

I find lost hours in enterprise call centers. A shop your size fits in one session.

I am Joe Bond. I have spent ten years putting AI and automation into production for service businesses: lead follow-up that lifted conversion 2.5x, a texting assistant that cut an enterprise client’s call-center spend by 30%. The audit is the smallest version of the same work. Find where the hours go, then fix the highest-payback thing first.

If you want to go further

A couple of hours of my focus finds five. Think about what two weeks gets you.

Most owners take the plan and run it themselves. That is a fine outcome, and the audit is priced to stand on its own.

Some want to go deeper. The 5-Hour Audit takes 45 minutes of your time and a couple of hours of my focus. Two weeks looks different: I shadow your team, build working prototypes on your real data, and walk you through the short list of projects actually worth doing.

The two-week opportunity audit is $7,500. Book it, or any engagement, within 30 days of your 5-Hour Audit and your $1,000 is credited in full.

Five hours a week is 250 hours a year.

The audit is $1,000 and takes 45 minutes of your time. I run three of these a month. If it does not find your five hours, you pay nothing.
